Initial Contact
The journey begins when the client reaches out via the website’s enquiry form.
Arc Interiors reviews the information and confirms the most suitable package, along with clear pricing and next steps.
There are no hidden fees or unexpected additional costs — everything is outlined from the start so the client can plan confidently.
Discovery Form
Once the client chooses a package, they receive a detailed discovery form.
This helps the designer understand:
- their needs, brief, and lifestyle requirements
- colour preferences, materials, and overall style
- Pinterest boards or inspiration images
- photos of the existing space
- room measurements and layout details
This stage gives the designer everything needed to create a design that truly reflects the client’s taste and the way they use their home.
Concept Mood Board
Using the information gathered, Arc Interiors creates a custom mood board to show the proposed direction of the project.
This includes:
- colours, finishes, and textures
- style cues and visual references
- early aesthetic decisions that guide the 3D design
The client can request amendments at this stage before any 3D work begins, ensuring the vision feels just right.
3D Visual Creation
Once the concept is approved, and depending on the chosen package, the designer begins working on the 3D visuals.
These visuals:
