Before starting any project, we encourage all clients to take a few moments to read through the information below. These policies outline how we work, what you can expect from us, and your responsibilities as a client — helping us both stay aligned throughout the design process.

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform Arc Interior Design of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by email).
You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except:
- Where you requested services to begin within the 14-day period, in which case you will be required to pay for the proportion of services already carried out up to the point of cancellation at a rate of £35 per hour.
- Where the services involve bespoke, personalised, or custom-made design work, the right to cancel does not apply once work has begun, and no refund will be due.
Arc Interior Design will make any reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel (where applicable).
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
Exemption for Bespoke/Customised Services
Please note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to contracts for:
- The supply of services that have been fully performed (with your prior express consent),
- Services involving personalised or bespoke designs that are created specifically to your requirements.
By agreeing to commence design work within the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge and accept that the right to cancel may not apply once work has begun.

By booking a service with Arc Interiors, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure clarity and fairness for both the client and designer.
Services
Arc Interiors offers online interior design services including mood boards, 3D visuals, and product sourcing. Each package and deliverable is clearly outlined before payment is made.
Process & Communication
Clients are expected to complete a Discovery Form and provide any required photographs, measurements, or inspiration images. Delays in providing this information may extend project timelines.
All communication takes place via email unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before design work begins. Once payment has been received, your project will be scheduled, and work will commence according to the agreed timeline.
Revisions
Each package includes one round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, and visuals created by Arc Interiors remain the intellectual property of the designer. Clients may use the designs for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Arc Interiors reserves the right to share completed designs, renders, and images for promotional purposes, including the website and social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Liability
All visuals, layouts, and design suggestions are for illustrative purposes only. Arc Interiors cannot be held liable for differences in colour, materials, or finishes once implemented, or for any work carried out by third parties based on the designs provided.
Privacy
Arc Interiors values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
What Information We Collect
We collect personal details such as your name, email address, and project information when you complete forms, make purchases, or communicate with us.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to provide our services, respond to enquiries, and deliver design materials. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except those required to operate our business.
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. You may request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by emailing arcdesigns.contact@gmail.com
Refunds & Cancellations
As Arc Interiors provides bespoke, digital design services, refunds are not available once design work has begun or digital files have been delivered.
Clients may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase if no work has yet started. After this period, or once work has commenced, cancellations and refunds are not possible.
If you request that Arc Interiors begins work immediately (within the 14-day cooling-off period), you acknowledge that this waives your right to a full refund once work has started.

Clients are granted personal use rights only. You may share visuals with contractors or suppliers for implementation, but not for marketing or resale purposes.
Arc Interiors retains the right to display completed projects (including visuals, renders, or before/after images) for promotional use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you would prefer your project not to be shared, please inform us in writing before work begins.
Payment & Pricing
Payment & Pricing Policy
All prices are clearly displayed before purchase. Custom quotes may be provided for larger projects or bespoke work.
Payment is taken in full before any design work begins. Invoices are issued via email, and payment can be made securely via bank transfer.
Any additional work, revisions, or add-ons outside the original package will be quoted and agreed upon before being carried out.

While Arc Interior Design provides guidance, product suggestions, and layout recommendations to help clients create their ideal space, the final installation and use of any items remain the full responsibility of the client.
ARC Interior Design is not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries that occur as a result of following design advice, using recommended products, or installing decorative items or furnishings. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all fittings, fixtures, and items (such as mirrors, shelves, lighting, and wall décor) are securely and safely installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or by a qualified professional where necessary.
All design suggestions are provided in good faith and based on the information supplied by the client. ARC Interior Design cannot be held responsible for unforeseen issues, variations in product availability, colour discrepancies, or differences in materials once installed in the client’s space.
Please note that colours, textures, and finishes may appear differently on screen compared to how they look in person. Clients are strongly encouraged to order samples, swatches, and paint testers before making any final purchases to ensure they are satisfied with the look and feel of each product in their own lighting and environment.
By proceeding with ARC Interior Design’s services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
